The Golf Course:

The 18-hole, par 72, 7273 Yard championship golf course designed by golf course architect F. Michael Poellot. 9-holes of golf will be ready for play in March 2007 with the remaining 9-holes of golf planned for completion in the end of 2008.

The club and Recreation amenities:

 

The 40,000 square foot clubhouse designed by the Warner Group Architects will be built in phases based on membership and real estate sales and will include casual fine dining restaurants, meeting and banquet facilities, a private members bar, locker rooms, pro shop, spa and fitness center, a junior Olympic swimming pool and lighted tennis courts with an International Tennis academy.

 

The Beach Club:

The onsite beach club and restaurant is now open for the founding residents of the Vista Mar golf & beach Resort and members of the Vista Mar Golf & country Club. The beach club features a bar, indoor / patio dining (casual fine dining restaurant), bathrooms, showers and a swimming pool.

Memberships:

The Vista Mar Golf & country Club will sell a limited number of residents and nonresident memberships by invitation only that will include use all current and future recreational facilities including the golf course, the tennis courts, and the clubhouse facilities, activities, tournaments and special events.

Management of the Golf Course & Country Club:

Professional Management of the golf & country club will be provided by Recro Sports concepts, S.A. de C.V., a Mexico based company with over 150 years of experience in the management and development of country clubs and golf courses in Mexico, Panama and Belize. *Actual amenity phasing may vary due to place of membership and real estate sales, natural acts of god, etc.
